It's all about nutrition. You cannot get the true nutrition your body needs to feel good and invigorated enough to do anything productive. Angel maybe you need something to inspire you to greatness. Something to fire you up so you tear around doing things? Maybe you are disappointed that not all things are perfect so rather than try something you would rather mope around like a warped sand shoe? If you were really indolent you wouldn't be asking people for help to change it.

think of things that interest you and get active with some and if you cant think of any go do some oldfols some gooddeeds
