Since any names that are suggested here may already be owned by another party, I wanted to go a different route...

I suggest either hiring a name creation firm or get together with your friends and/or family and throw a "name party" & have everyone bounce some ideas around. Compile a listing of names that you like the best. Once you have that list, do as much free research as you can before you delve into comprehensive research.

I listed some links where you can do some preliminary name checking. However, please be aware that this is merely scratching the surface of what's out there.

Only comprehensive research will tell you if the name is truly available. But, these links are free & a great place to start, so I'd try them out first.

Comprehensive research consists of looking at marks that are similar in Sound, Appearance or Meaning in the pending & registered Federal AND State trademark files as well as the US National Common-Law files.

There are other sites that offer free searching capabilities in conjunction with their commercial services, so I'm not able to post those links due to the Yahoo! TOS. You'll also want to check domain names & yellow pages, so simply do a search for "free domain name search" and "national yellowpages" and the appropriate links will pop up.

Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!

No and the rationalization I say no, is as a results of the fact fairly in many situations the garments made through a in call for living house sort call are each and every each and every now and then made interior the comparable sweatshop production unit someplace in inner maximum China or Injah who make the comparable sweatshop cheapo outfits we could desire to consistently purchase at Primark. until you're a fashionista addicted to style, what's the think approximately wearing some thing with the call PRADA on it? the only purpose is to show that including guy or woman has extra money than experience. there grow to be a time while it grow to be vulgar to show labels, now it variety of feels anybody could desire to show a label. no longer me chum - i understand a rip off when I see one. In my community 99pence save, i can get 3 pairs of throw away socks for that fee. In Primark you will get six for a pair of quid, comparable fee incredibly. yet you go into M&S they choose £4 or £5 for the comparable throw away junk. Take my suggestion and to Hell with up marketplace labels - in simple terms no longer well worth it. What puzzles me maximum is why childrens, esp of the working classification, hoot and holler at one yet another in regards to the label on their outfits or the variety of boots they are wearing. pay attention up - running shoes are undesirable on your ft. If a guy or woman desires to run, purchase the cheapst plimpsoles conceivable. Why? because of the fact they tension the wearer to run on the balls of his/her ft and not on the heal which reasons leg muscle and bone injury through the years. in actuality to be honest, our historic ancestors ran barefoot and have been probably damn sight swifter over the comparable floor than we are as we communicate - a collection of fat fashionista slobs.
