It's up to the surgeon to decide, based on the specific surgery, how old someone must be to have good results. For minors, they would need their parents permission. A surgeon can still elect to not perform any surgery on someone despite their being old enough to agree to it. They will use their experience and knowledge to make the most sensible decision for the best outcome.

There is no set age, it depends whether you need it or not. I knew a girl who had a full facelift at 28! But trust me, she really regretted it after and became very depressed.
I actually had eyebag removal when I was 22, but it was hereditary. I've also had laser resurfacing, fat grafting and fillers and I'm still only 26 lol.
