Of course. In some patients, however, the Endo may cause dyspareunia (painful intercourse), as someone mentioned above. However, this is not the case for all patients with Endo. With proper treatment, those suffering from dyspareunia as a symptom may find relief. But yes, women with Endo can and do have sex.

Yes they can but from having talked to others who have endometriosis that are in a relationship the sex can be very painful at times.
