I want to bring my puppy to store and restaurant,if the store/restaurant don't have sign "no Pet". Can I carry him in the purse type or soft pet carrier or in the soft bag. Is it permitted? is it legal? allow? My puppy is around 10 lbs. Do you see people do that often?

Some places allow it, some don't. It depends on the city regulations and/or the restaurant or store's policy.

If they serve food NO dog (except a service dog) even one in a purse is allowed BY LAW. Now if you really want to be responsible for the restaurant owner to loose his license and livelihood and his employees loose there jobs, I guess you could try & smuggle him in - rather selfish though.....
Other stores would depent on policy - be kind & polite & dont make waves .

it all depends on the store and if they allow you and your city and state codes.
