I was locked out of the bathroom so I pushed it open and it fell down, it's made of hollow wood, how do I rehang it or go about replacing it?

If it's a hollow door, you are going to need to fill the holes so the screwss will have something to attach to. GO to home depot or local store. Revome the hinges from the wall and attach to door. Then have someone help you line up the holes for installation

If the door is still intact, you can probably use a filler to repair the screw holes where the screws came out when you pushed the door down.

Then, try replacing the screws that hold the door hinges to the door. If you have a husband or boyfriend who is handy with tools you might just put out a call for help.

Replacing the door isn't all that hard. You just need to make sure you get the right size. You might do just as well to have your landlord fix the door, since I assume you rent. You'll be charged for the repairs, but it probably won't be much more than you'd pay to buy and prepare a new door.
