Up until the past 6 months,I was very bad keeping track of my cycle. As far as I can remember,I do remember some months knowing when I should start and being a few days late.So in order to avoid second guessing I started keeping track. So far this is what my cycle has been. Start of first tracked cycle to the next-28day exact....then from those 28 days to my next I was 2 weeks past my estimated start date with no pregnancy. From the 2 weeks lat to my next start was 28 days, then 28 days and 28 days again...I am now 2 weeks late again,no pregnancy, yet I have not started....

I am not looking for medical advice,I am going to my Dr. this week.I just am curious if other woman have had a pattern similar to this.If I go tomorrow with out starting this will be the latest I have ever been at 2 weeks and 1 day.As said, there is no pregnancy.I have no extra stress,I am not under weight.I do smoke.I am in my early 20's.Sexually active with my fiance only.

Thanks!

I have had my period be delayed by a week or two before and I found that sometimes just being stressed about normal stuff (good and bad) could affect my period.

As for being too early to tell if you are irregular it's hard to say.

I don't know how old you are but if you are just starting out with your period (meaning like within the last year) some irregularity is not that uncommon.

But that's good about going to the dr to be on the safe side to try and figure out what is going on.

being off by a couple of weeks or so is not considered irregular. Missing periods, and skipping months at a time is irregular. You have nothing to worry about if you are just late sometimes.

How old are you girl...cos if you have past 40 that you might be experiencing the menopause symptoms but is you are younger you might be experiencing hormone changes..go to the doctor to confirmed..
