Your diet doesnt sound very good.
the quick sugars are part of the problem.
What your eally need is to start eating some slow burning carbs to get you through the day. Some pasta, potatoes, yams, beans are a good one.
Maybe pack some humus and crackers with you so you can take an emergency snack
The quick sugars are lifting you up and solving your problem but when they wear off you come crashing down. Avoid apples and oranges and others that have a high concentrate of sugar and go for the slower burning carbs =) it works

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

This could be low blood sugar, but definately not diabetes. If it was diabetes, you would feel worse after getting some sugar. I suggest you go see a doctor, it's very easy to check for blood sugar, so if that's the case, your visit will be fairly short. If not, they may have to do further testing. Good luck!

You need to see a Doctor and get lab test to determine what is going on. Yes, it could be diabetes. Don't guess when it comes to something that can be serious. Good luck.
