First off let me say that the names you chose are beautiful, but my favorite are :
Isabelle Skye and Annalise Jade
I love the way they sound together, and Skye is my favorite name for a girl.

I think you should go with Isabelle Skye and Annalise Jade. Those sound really pretty together. Or, stay with Isabelle Skye and Chelsea, but change Chelsea's middle name. Renee and Matilda just sound way too grown up for a little baby. And Lee is pretty, but I'm not a huge fan of unisex names.

I like your middle names better than the first names, but my favorite of what you've listed is Isabelle Skye and Annalise Jade. I'd switch them up though. I really don't like Matilda because of the children's book or Chelsea because of Chelsea Clinton. Congratulations.

Isabelle and Chelsea are overused and Matilda is not a pretty name. Annalise is pretty but I like Anabelle better. It flows nicer. It seems you like older names so what about:
Charlotte Skye
Adelynn Jade
Georgia Lee
Amelia Jade

They are all very pretty!! I actually kind of like Isabelle and Annalise paired - they go well together without rhyming and sounding tacky.
But out of the two pairs you gave, I vote on the first one - Isabelle Skye and Chelsea Renee :)

I love the way Annalise Jade and Isabelle Skye sound together. The other two are absolutely horrible(sorry). You can call them annabelle and It'll be a cute way to let them know you want them both for something! Good luck anyway!!!!

I dont really like Matilda Lee, but I do love the others.
Instead of Jade, you could also use Jada, for a first or middle name.
