Do you like the feeling of being drunk or stoned better?

Question

Im just curious, as I used to like the feeling of getting drunk but liked the idea of getting high because it was easier.

But now I just like getting drunk period.

So what do you prefer the buzz of being drunk or the buzz of being high?

When I was younger I used to wish getting drunk was as easy as getting stoned. But now that Ive aged a bit getting drunk is easier than smoking out. And now I hate smoking.

No addictions here good folks, I drink maybe 2 to 3 times a month.

Its good to let loose and have some fun sometimes.

Besides Im 23, Im not some old dude having beer with his dinner and telling his wife to get him another one babe.

And that whole hang over thing, I dont really understand it. I guess I just get lucky and dont really get them.

Minus St Pattys day of course, but thats because I'll drink damn near everything in my path, and throw up green crap the next day.

Sorry, I have never been stoned. I have never taken an illegal drug. When I was in 7th grade my teacher told me the dangers of those drugs and I believed her and then never touched them. I am happy that I listened to her.

I also have never smoked a cigarette. Unfortunately, my entire family has always smoked around me:

My parents as I was growing up, my husbands (all exes now), and both of my grown children still smoke.

I used to drink and remember the feeling of being drunk and I hated that feeling when the room would spin sometimes.

I hated that!

I know you probably won't want to hear any of this, but I hope you will decide someday to stop doing both.

I used to like being drunk better, but as the partying days slowly disapeared, I have been enjoying getting stoned more! Really I prefer a combination of both! Like a couple of glasses of crown with a fatty! Whoo, feels great!

I like to get a morning buzz. That's always really nice and fun to do with my husband in the morning when we first wake up. I like getting stoned when I'm bored or in a bad mood. It always makes things better. I only like to drink on weekends. But I do like it. It's a stronger, different feeling than being stoned. I can't drink a lot though, or I get sick, and that's never fun.

Well-l-l-l, Since I don't do drugs and have no comparison there but I have been drunk once by accident on strawberry margaritas (didn't realize that something that taste so good could be so lethal) I'll have to say neither one. I suffered the next day horribly.

Take a hit, but before you exhale, chug a full 16oz can (or funnel) of beer and drink a shot of southern comfort, then exhale.

Boy aren't some of us self righteous. Intelligent people don't do what? An entire generation of drinking cigarette smokers saved us from the Nazis. And another generation of stoners stopped the Vietnam war and got college degrees and many are now professors teaching the "intelligent people". And both are fun in moderation. I prefer to be stoned. When I'm drunk I have that haze the next morning. When I smoke I have more energy and get my errands done.
