You can partition the hard disk with fdisk or Partition Magic. If you want to install two different operating systems and one of them is Windows, install Windows first. If you install some version of Linux as the second operating system, it should automatically set up a dual boot.

Dual boots can be troublesome.
You might consdier what I do, use seperate drives. I use drive trays and put in the drive I want to use. I've found this works a lot better when you need to change the setup of one OS, reinstall, updates, etc.

Use "Partition Magic" (Google it). It allows you to do everything like creating, deleting, resizing partitions etc.
