No, just before April 15 and no need to file an ammendment since this is a Roth IRA and not a standard IRA. The whole thing about the standard IRA is you can deduct that amount off your taxes and then pay later when you withdrawl. You don't get to deduct from a Roth IRA, because the money going in has been taxed, yet the money going out won't be taxed.
