Ummm, no longer a request, yet a handbook! I used this recipe for jelly tarts, and tweeked it with a touch more advantageous baking powder, a million/2 a cup of milk, and a million/2 a cup of unsweetened cocoa and made an fairly strong chocolate cake, with hand-crafted butter cream chocolate icing very last nighttime. SO wealthy and delicious!!!

these really thin buttery ones my grandma used to make. i think they're called sand dollars. they're supposed to be so thin that you can see through them if you hold them up to a light, but i tried to make them once and they're really hard. those are my favorite kind of cookies though.
or else chocolate cookies with peanut butter chips in them. those are really good.
