Not growing up with my mother. She left us six kids ( I was 4 yrs. old) to ' escape ' the abuse of my father. She ' saved ' herself yet left us to him. That was many years ago, all us kids are now in our 40's and 50's...have moved on with our lifes. I got in touch with her again when I was 16....Yet, in answer to your question...it would be that I miss not having my mother around when I was growing up. Everyone has their own ' story '...but it's what you do with that ' story ' in your life that's of importance. Mine is a success story...still with memories...yet I live in the now and celebrate my life and others in it.

I miss the time when I still have time to pursue my own hobbies. Now I hardly have time to myself. Most of the time, I'm doing my work or spending time with other people.
