why are people dumb? and some smart?

It is a result of genes and what you do with what you are given! Some "smart" people have no common sense and are almost unable to function on their own while people who are classified as "dumb" do very well in this world. Be nice and try hard and you will go far !

Thats why they have IQ tests, to determine the smart ones from the not-so-bright ones.
