1997 Pontiac Gran Prix...somethings going on in my rear wheel well...?

Its not my shocks...but when I go over a pothole or something like it...it sounds like something is loose. I had this problem on another GMC...a 1992 cutlass. I recall that it didn't cost much to fix, but if I can do it myself I will.

Might not be the shocks, but the mounting of them might be loose

It may well be something is loose in the brake area. Have you had a rear brake job recently?

Get a Haynes Repair manual for your vehicle make and year. It has troubleshooting tips, wiring schematics, and how to fix about everything in your vehicle.
