In the UK the lowest amount has been a penny which has been won a few times and the £250,000 has only been won once.

This is based on what I remembered. One of the male contestants came away with the lowest amounts I can recall, which was a mere 3 Washingtons ($3). Among the highest amouns won, one of them took home $600k plus on a bank offer on a normal game; although the contestant who went for the $6 million special top prize still came away with the $750,000 case.
