I used to have MRE's....lost them in the divorce.

NO, --I'm a inventor so I'll give you an experiment I've been useing for 27 years. Get a old refrigerator clean it up. put food dry goods, it'll keep fresh a long time. I have 2 extras in my kitchen, one for bread, spagetti, flour, cakes etc. and the other refrigerator cat chow other dry goods, one in garage for chemicals. refrigerators have a thick seal around whole door so air does'nt escape, this is why there good for fresh food. bread a good 2 months etc.

No I don't, but I'll tell you a silly aside....My house was built in the early 60's, and I have a built in bomb shelter in my basement. The walls are about 5" thick, with one glass block for light. I don't know why the architect thought the "BIG BOMB" wasn't going to blow out that glass block. Then again, I used to hide under my desk, to protect me from the "A" bomb.

Yes. I rotate food out of there and replace it every year. Enough to keep us going for 4 months in food and 3 weeks in liquid. Portable Generator for the freezer and microwave, both 12vdc.
And, one fire arm, My hunting bow. and a real sword.
Why, do you think I need more?
