What should be done by Government on reservations?

Forward community people are very small in number compared to large number of backward community people. What the government should do is to create more jobs for the backward community. If there is a shortage of jobs for backward community my request for the Government is to create jobs for the backward community in large numbers. The Government cannot STOP the forward community from getting jobs in Government as per the Indian Constitution. Also, forward commmunity people are not stray DOGS on the strests or ANIMALS to keep them away from the Government Departments as per the Constitution the forward community people have all the equal rights as that of backward community people. My request to the Government Departments is create more sufficient jobs for the backward community as well cas create thousands of IIT's and thousands of IIM's all over India in almost all villages so that backward community people get all as much as forward community people. What is your opinion? .

Well, I kinda lost interest in deciphering your question when you said that government should create jobs for people.

Look, the bottom line is that it makes no difference what country, or what form of government we're talking about, all government has at its disposal is FORCE. Government, whether capitalist or communist, religious or secular, democratic or monarchy, government is force.

You cannot create a meaningful job, one that actually produces something, at the point of a gun.

Government's sole legitimate function is to protect its people FROM force. They can't create jobs, but if they act resposibly, they could prevent people from robbing you of what you earn.

Get over this opinion that government should create jobs. That's what will keep you a backward person, people, or country, or make you into one if you are fortunate enough to have something going on.

what they are doing is only encouraging people to become low and backwards caste officially so that the mentally weaker force finds a way out easily at the cost of the stronger force

RESERVATION itself means certain people are not up to the mark. A job requires certain standard of skill or Education.
By creating more job for the sale of reservation people it means we are making our firm/establishment a debunk one. No one who puts his money wants to do that even if it is a Government Establishment. That is why Government appoints at least 15 to 20% other people who are wise and hardworking.IN MY OPINION ONLY PEOPLE WHO SHOW GOOD PROGRESS FROM AMONG BACKWARD SHOULD BE ENCOURAGED.

reservation---the most dangerous problem at this moment in Indian social life---already we are dividing ourselves by the name of this & that ..now its backward & forward dividation ....i have faced such problem for 2 times..... i was going to get admission in 11th ....a man came & said "see my daughter is a sc candidate she will get chance first"...though her number was lower than mine???seee.........
wanna know more?? my friend got 58% in graduation she is a good & hardworking student .. another friend got 55% by cheating (we are very known to that)but she got the chance to get the M.Sc. degree ..coz "SHE IS A SC CANDIDATE"...now say what this govt. want??

The Central and all State Governments provided reservations in employment/jobs and educational institutions to members of the Scheduled Castes/Tribes and OBCs; in addition to lot of other facilities: FREE houses, house sites, agricultural lands, seeds, fertilizers, occupational equipments, dresses & uniforms, books, hostels, monthly expenses, etc. They can avail of it so long as they are SCs STs & OBCs (Hindu).

The very important & much necessary condition of remaining SC, ST, OBC is to remain a Hindu in Hinduism. Hinduism is not a religion. It is a culture, custom, tradition, way of Hindus' lives in Hindustan (India). It is claimed as such by all the well known Hindu priests, scholars, intellectuals, books, scripts, the Ruling Party BJP & Shiv Sena, Bajrang Dal, the Indian & International strongest Hindu organisations RSS & VHP, etc.

The SCs, STs, OBCs are much degraded & lower viewed, humiliated & insulted in Hinduism which practises casteism based inequality. The moment they embrace a religion and convert to Islam or Christianity, they lose all Govt. facilities though their financial and social condition will remain the same. They have to pay such big price for coming out of Hinduism; hence mostly prefer to remain in Hinduism for such financial benefits.

The moment, the Govt. withdraws these facilities/subsidies and reservations, millions and millions of SCs, STs & OBCs will jump out of Hinduism and embrace a religion Christianity or Islam. Hence learned intellectual Hindus in power always continue such facilities to SCs, STs & OBCs to keep them in Hinduism suffering all sort of inequalities, inhumanities, insults, humiliations,etc.
