Use white vinegar and water. Don't over wet the area because the laminate can separate.

When I clean my floor and leave it damp it tends to streak. Now when I've mopped it I go over it with a dry cloth to remove any moisture and leave it streak free. You can use any soft dry cloth, including kitchen roll. Hope it works for you.

I attach a damp washrag to a swiffer to clean the floor, then attach a microfiber cloth to swiffer and spray the floor with windex and wipe up. no streaks.
