If you are white, do you care about "preserving" your race?

Is it important to you that the white race be preserved, and is interracial breeding a problem? Is this of actual concern to you?

I am white and this seems like an extremely unimportant issue to me. It might be neat that there are some "white" people around hundreds of year from now to be essentially living historical examples of what white people are like, but reducing racism and increasing peace, compassion and awareness of similarities are higher on the list of priorities.

I'm not trying to be a hippie, but while I have nothing against any sub-set of humanity from continuing their "type", there is so much racism and hostility that seems to be a part of that effort. Racialism is very dangerous, and the world would be better off if race was just not a factor or an issue. The world will undoubtedly be more multi-racial in the future. Does this bother you or do you see it as a positive?

I'm white and I don't care about preserving a 'white' genetic line. Unfortunately I'd guess that if we were all of one race there would still be those who'd search for a characteristic to use to separate themselves as a unique group so as to have a reason to blame others for their failures and obstacles in life.

in all reality i wouldn't want to be the minority in many cultures certainly not this one. I don't care about immigrants in fact i think people should move freely where ever they choose. But when i hear the talk, mexicans are taking over and i go into the gas station and i can't ask a question cause she doesn't speak english, i'm like damn. I really needed to get somewhere. I lived abroad, and one of the big reasons i came back was for my native language, and to have to deal with this it does suck. If your visiting or something that's fine, but if you're working in a customer service position you should be required to speak the language of the customers. I know that's not racial, that's a language thing. I don't care what color they are just be a part of society.

Being the minority is a blessing and a curse, I was one of 5 white men in a city of 1/2 million chinese. you don't have a lot of competition, but you run the risk of getting persecuted, black white red yellow they'll all try to take advantage of you and it's not clear that everyone will be so nice to us, and i am the nicest guy, don't try to say i deserve anything, i will give you the shirt off my back if you need it.

Everyone else does stick together, blacks latinos asians jews, the white man is fractured and has no sense of unity, we've been told it's bad while everyone else is stockpiling reasources and pushing thier agendas right in front of our face. Perhaps that's why the mexicans really are taking over the country.

I could care less about preserving my race. I never think about it as an issue. I am white but I also am Cherokee and Irish most people are already mixed but do not realize it. I don't like it that people still hate each other over race and religion it is so stupid. What difference does it make?

I think white people as a race will never die, I just think as a power figure and a majority they will lose as much as the power they once held. Times change and its absolute with our changing society that power changes hands. But it isn't like white people are going to just disappear in the next twenty years.
