The % of miscarriage drops a lot the further along you are in your pregnancy. Last year I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks and 3 days which really affected me. I am now 15 weeks pregnant and very excited. I tried not to get too exited until my 12 weeks where I had a doctor's visit and he did an ultrasound and I saw the baby moving around. I did not want to go through the huge dissapointment from last year since I got so excited so early.
I hope the best for you.

If you have a history of miscarriage then you should be monitored by your doctor very closely. In the mean time, try to relax! don't lift anything heavy and try not to stress out. its not good for you or the baby! the first trimester is the most crucial.
Miscarriages happen for many reasons some are unknown to us. You should be seeing a doctor that specializes in high risk because you have had 2 miscarriages in the past.
Remember to think positive. Everything is going to be okay!

Well, If You see a heartbeat and make it to 12 weeks it is true that Your chances of m/c drop dramatically.
I had a m/c in my 13 week actually, But the baby had stopped growing at 11 Weeks 5 days. My baby was not getting enough nutrients, and this is the reason why we lost him. We did see the heartbeat, but my case was not the norm. I did get Pregnant 3 month later and had a perfect pregnancy!
I sure hope this is a Keeper for you..Good Luck!

Week 12
The fetus’ kidneys have formed and the baby will start to pass urine into the amniotic fluid that surrounds him in the uterus. The eyelids have developed. Toothbuds are forming along with the vocal cords. The fetus now begins to bend and stretch, moving its arms and legs, making fists, opening hands and lifting its head. You will not feel these movements for quite some time. The chance of miscarriage has been greatly reduced after 12 weeks.

It's looking hopeful. I had a miscarriage (at around 8.5 weeks) and then became pregnant again. My doctor told me that, in his experience, if there was a heartbeat at 10 weeks, there was about a 90% chance of a happy outcome.
The happy outcome is now almost 14 months old and reaching for my mouse at this very moment.

The closer you get to 10 weeks, the better off you are. I miscarried at 7 weeks. You should make an appointment to see your OB/GYN for 10 weeks if you haven't already. They can do a sonogram by then and hear the heartbeat, measure fetus, etc. Also, get yourself on some prenatal vitamins- they will help you feel stronger and help the little one as well. Eat greens- foods with folic acid.
Good luck

Yeah, I think that it gradually decreases until 12 weeks, when it dramatically decreases. I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks and went on to have a successful pregnancy. Good luck to you, and if you do have another miscarriage you should have your doctor look for a reason.

Yes the closer you get to 12 weeks the chances become lower. They are also lower if you make it past the duration that you mis-carried at before. Just try your best to relax (easier said than done I know)
Good Luck and Best Wishes!

Um, that's hard to say. I think, once past 12 weeks you can breathe easier.
I used to think even around the 9 week mark it was ok, but I myself miscarried at 10 weeks and a friend did at 12 just recently.
You will be fine though, don't even let bad thoughts enter your head.

Your chances decrease for miscarriage when you OB does an ultrasound and see's fetal heart tones. That is more an indicator of reduced risk than weeks pregnant, actually.
I have had miscarriages and they occurred between 6-8 weeks.
I wish you well and CONGRATULATIONS!
