.tmp files?

What is the quickest, easiest, most effective way to delete all .tmp files in my system? (If possible, without the use of an external program.)

click start, click run.............type........%temp% all ur .temp files r in there.it wont let u delete anything with ~ at the beginning of a file name tho as the system is using those files

Open windows explorer.
Click Search
Search for all files named *.tmp
Select them all.
Delete them.
