Once, we landed so hard, we actually bounced back up into the air and re-landed. (if that is a word)
Pilot then turned jerked the plane to the left, and everyone was thrown to one side. Thank God we were buckled in.

I was taking a flight out of Shannon, Ireland, and 5 minutes out one of the plane's engines blew out- there was a loud bang, and all of a sudden the plane dropped altitude and slowed down a lot- luckily we weren't over the middle of the Atlantic Ocean!
We made it back to Shannon, they had to replace the entire engine. A rep from the airline said we 'probably' could have made it back to the US with just one engine. He was an ******.

I was in an airplane once where a lady got real sick and we had to land in st. louis (going from philly to reno). We sat on the runway and taxid around for about 2 hours then finally got in to sit another 2 and have the plane get decontaminated all the while not being allowed to leave. well from there i missed my connecting flight and had to wait there for about 4 hours. so the point is a usuall 8 hour flight turned into around 16 hours...not so much fun.

My worst experience on a plane was being flown to Desert Storm (Gulf War I) in 1990. We found out after we made it all the way to Greece that the flaps on the plane had been malfunctioning the whole time.

Yeah, bad news from the start. Flight delayed so they had to get a plane to come to Miami from Trinidad, then radio didn't work on plane so they had to replace, then baby screeching non-stop, then we crossed over actual tornado over Tennessee, then icing before we touched down in Detroit. Friggin nightmare flight.

The funny noises that the flaps make are kind of unnerving at times! And the popping ears is a pain when you decend. Other than that no.

I once had a w*nk on a plane though! Just thought you all needed to know that! Lol!

Mine was getting onto ChinaAir from LAX and being the only ones not Chinese. We were stared at and didn't understand what the pilot was saying. The movie they showed was Along Came Polly, but we didn't understand that either.

My wallet replaced into stolen only one and a a million/2 hours earlier my sixteen hour flight lower back to Germany replaced into going to take off. I had each little thing in there yet my tickets and my drivers lisense. I had to MAKE THAT FLIGHT through fact NO W i in my view HAD NO credit taking part in cards OR funds! as quickly as I have been given to the airport working and sweating to seize my flight they stated i replaced into too previous due and that all and sundry replaced into boarded and that they have got been in line for takeoff. i replaced into an emotional injury and that i begged and pleaded with anybody and that they saved asserting no~ meanwhile the airplane replaced into nevertheless waiting for takeoff. i began out to cry and begged for mercy through fact of what I had purely went by way of and that they ultimately pronounced as the airplane lower back for me. all the passengers regarded mad at me!
