Watch out for supplements that contain Yohimbe. Yohimbe is a dangerous herb that can cause changes in heart rhythm, difficult breathing, potentially dangerous drops in blood pressure and temporary muscle paralysis in the legs and feet.

Viagra cannot be sold over the counter (along with Cialis and Levitra) and require a prescription from the doctor. But Viagra alternatives are available over the counter (or OTC).

No, its not. Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis are all sold by Rx only. The closest OTC you can get is the herbal Yohimbine.
There is conflicting data on whether it is truly effective though.

No currently its a prescription drug only in the US but can be bought in Mexico without a prescription or on the Internet through one of the pharmacies that have a staff doctor that calls you on the phone and then writes a prescription, but very pricey. Try rubbing some liquid heat on it, if that don't wake it up its dead.
