if you have a Epson dot-matrix printer (like DFX-5000+), and you want to make use of the High-speed draft or Draft capability of the printer. What should i do?

I want my output just like in the output of the "self test" of the printer.

After you switch to the printer, you should see some new choices in the font selection. Select one of those, and try to print again.

Not sure exactly what you're askng about high speed, but the DFX-5000+ has a DIP Switch setting for High Speed. I don't know if you can change the print speed via a program though.
