What do you guys think about the Rape of Nanjing, even if the Japanese government till today still denys their actions during WWII in China. Also the lack of information of this historical event that had more victims than the nuclear bombing in Japan by the U.S.

The Japanese still believe they are superior to all of us Barbarians. They haven't apologized for anything. The idea of having Japanese troops oversees is Bull. They need to be restricted to thier homeland and be disarmed. Japan has spent more rearming than almost anyone in the world

I don't think the germans should be sending troops overseas either.

I think something clearly happened there. I don't think we will ever know the extent of Japanese actions in Nanking or the extent of the atrocities they committed. I think this also gets overshadowed by much greater atrocities, like the Halocaust where it is estimated that 11 million people including at least 5 million Jews were systematically executed by Nazi Germany.

The Japanese government's denial of the tragedy only goes to show how successful a government can be just denying.

It is similar to the Bush Administrations denial about 9/11/2001 "alleged terrorist attacks".

Even the government of China does not seem to have much interest in pushing this issue. Their economic relationship with Japan is more important.

That leaves others, such as you and I, who must make sure that people don't forget this terrible incident.

I think it's important to learn about and expose these kind of secret mass killings. The more incidences like this we remember and are disgusted by, the less that will occur.
