I am the only ordinary person ever.

No. I am extraordinary. I'd rather stand out than fit in. I've always been on the fringes rather than part of the masses. I follow my dreams. I speak my mind even when it's not popular. I'm honest even when it makes me a target. I dare to live a life of noisy hope rather than quiet desperation. On my suburban street I am the only single woman living in a detached house. Everyone else is married with 2 kids & a dog. I'm a single artist & musician with a cat. Most people my age are married. I didn't want to settle for the wrong person. I'd rather be alone than married to Mr. Wrong. I'm dating someone now who's pretty amazing but if things don't work out, I'll still be ok. I like who I am.

I used to worry about being different, not fitting in. Now I'm proud of it. Everyone whom I've ever admired was unique, a rebel, someone who dared to step outside the box & express themselves. Someone who lived with passion & intensity & brought beauty into the world.

Actually no...I'm not the mainstream...think outside the lines...and joke when someone might ask " are you ' normal ' "? My reply would be " No, I'm abby normal "...a Young Frankenstein movie line joke.

I'm not ordinary...and I actually embrace that and like that about myself. Others who meet me feel the same. They find me a bit ' not the norm ' in how I express and relate. Yet, at the same time those who meet me (men or other friends) like what I'm about...know I have a good heart...and are dear in my life.

Nope. My mind is so fantastical.

I wish to have special powers all the time. All the time. I have never wanted to be ordinary! NEVER!

Down with conformity! Sorry. One of my little outburst things.

No. Ordinary is boring. Besides we are all speacial in our own way. We are different, even though we all act ordinary.
