I would not call girls who aren't the ideal figure "chunky" because it all depends how the individual portrays themselves. If she dresses with confidence, and the dress apparel suits her then it would definitely give her a new look. I know some of my friends who are like this. It makes them remarkably attractive. Just as long as they don't show too much of what they have.

Here is my honest opinion. 'Chunky' girls can be hot, but they have to have the right body proportions. For example, the pic of the girl you posted had great bust and hips, but she is very straight up and down, with not much of a waistline.
Generally a 0.7 waist/hip ratio is considered ideal.
