This is a pretty stupid question. It's amazing how Americans are led to believe that only Muslims kill people. Do you remember the Israel/Lebanon conflict? Do you remember Iraq? Afghanistan? Why don't you explain to me why Afghanistan was invaded as a result of 9/11? Do you realize there have been about 655,000 ADDITIONAL (that means would not have occurred without) deaths as a result of the "war on terror" why don't you find me a terrorist attack that has killed anywhere near that number of people. At some point you're going to realize that being brown doesn't determine whether or not you're innocent.
Anyways, to answer your question, most Western people don't think Israel is evil, some do because Israel was created by partitioning another country and Israel ended up taking more land than was allotted to them by the UN. People hate America because of it's constant half assed meddling. For instance in Afghanistan, where you turned schools into houses of anti-soviet propaganda. Or in Iraq, where you supported Saddam's Ba'ath party takeover.

The people you describe can be in a category of diehard enemy, or can be conscientious objectors.
Among the conscientious objectors are people with socialist leanings who consider American actions and support of Israel to be aggressive and for unfair commercial gain, and who respect what they perceive as a simpler lifestyle that would prevail in the middle east without intervention, or who object to the religious undertones of Israeli and American behaviour. They can be criticised for not always recognising the accountability of the diehard enemies, and for making a judgement of realpolitik based on an unreal ideology. There are other conscientious objectors but not all would describe America or Israel as evil.
Among the diehards are various nationalist or religious ideologues and their sponsors, who generally also have commercial interests at stake (eg Russia's exports to Iran), as well as those who are indoctrinated or persuaded by the arguments of these aforementioned.
The conflicts in the middle east are complex and it is very difficult to develop a rigorous view of what is going on. The trouble with being even-handed about it is that people will argue against what they consider either to be western corruption in the matter, that must be opposed flat-out, or against self-evident determined warfare on the part of America's and Israel's enemies. It seemingly just is human nature to take up those positions exclusively. The angriest rhetoric comes from Islamists and various western radical ideologues, but however much they present their views as universal and however influential this language is in the mainstream, it would be a mistake to think that most people in the west condemn America and Israel unequivocally for their real and invented flaws.
I do not believe America or Israel are evil. I do believe that military action is bound to be imperfect and kill innocent people, but that there are some legitimate and necessary targets. I also believe that people are weary of patriotic whitewashing, have an ear for conspiracy theories and naively give ground to the bona fide self-declared enemy, believing any other stand to be illiberal or a failure to admit wrongdoing.
Two worthy recommendations if you are into the subject: For an illuminating view that is fairly even-handed but most confronting to Israel, there is a book called Arab and Jew by David K. Shipler, and a book called Terror and Liberalism by Paul Berman that describes the nature and roots of Islamic supremacism and a relationship to totalitarian ideologies of 20th century Europe. Shipler is confounded in his wishes for peace and explains the oft misunderstood grievances of the Palestinian cause, and Berman calls for a widespread understanding of and defence against creeping Islamism.
I hope you will find this response in goodwill.

America and Israel are not evil, they are countries. It is the leaders of those countries who make the decisions. Anyone who truly believes that killing thousands of people just because of where they come from (terrorists declaring war on the Western world, for example), are not evil, they are insane; unfortunately, that insanity lends itself to the death of the innocent, so no, the American and Israeli governments aren't killing innocent people at all. I am British so have no reason to defend either of those countries, but I also live in the western world, so if the US military and the Israeli military are fighting alongside my military to protect us, they have my support.

The same reason that people think America and Israel are not evil; because, people have the ability to think and form opinions. The unfortunate thing is that people are capable of forming incorrect opinions, as your question illustrates.
