Our blood type is determined by the combination of two alleles, one on each homologous chromosome. These can be A, B, O. When together they form A-type (AA, AO), B-type (BB, BO), AB-type (AB) or O-type (OO) blood.
Each parent contibute one allele at random so in each sibling the combonation may be different.
For example if a A-type mom (AO) and a B-type dad (BO) had children, the children could be AO, BO, AB or OO making all the siblings potentially different blood types.

They can vary, but it depends on what blood group your parents are.
The main blood groups are A, B, AB and O. (A and B and dominant, while o is recessive, so A blood type is either AA or AO and B is either BB or BO, AB is only AB and O is only OO.
If your parents are: AO x BO
the offspring (you and your siblings) could be either AO, BO, AB or OO!!!
That is an extreme example, but if you parents are say BO x OO, the children will be either BO or OO.
So in answer to the question it depends on the parents blood types (and whether they are heterozygous (AO or BO) or homozygous (AA, BB,OO).

Not necessarily. Though if your parents share the same blood group they will.
