I have an afternoon nap every day I don't work... just because I stay up way to late the night before lol.

Absolutely! I love having a nice little nap! I take a nap and sleep until supper, get up and eat, then go right back to sleep. BTW, it's one of my favorite pasttimes...When I don't sleep well, I am cranky and I like not to be cranky.
