I don't consider China the bad guy, and I think they will keep NKorea in check. Russia, Iran, Syria definitely bad boys.
Saudi and Lebanon? Good and bad, and worth negotiating with for oil. Think not? Then stop driving and using plastic, now.
USA, Israel, UK, Australia... Japan? Germany? ????(fill in the blank) Plenty of good guys
