many times this has been a visitation or a spiritual mind experience that has happened repeatedly. is it of god or is it a hoax?

It is no more a picture of God than Jesus in a grilled-cheese sandwich or Mary on a stained bedsheet or the devil in the smoke of the world trade center. If it has not been photoshopped, then it is merely a coincidence. Why would God choose to appear in the clouds when he is an omniscient being? Also, if he knows everything, why would he allow himself to be photographed? Such cheap parlor tricks aren't characteristic of a mighty being. Also, I thought he wanted us to believe in him through faith alone, not images.

It looks a bit enhanced.
Sometimes vague physical impressions can make a strong spiritual message to a person who is ready. Who knows, this might have helped somebody? But I think it is better to let the Spirit communicate without "improving" upon the message.
And the face is missing....

It is a hoax. God does not exist. Denounce god and discover the power of your own rational intelligence.
