Well it varies a lot.
I for instance knew I was pregnant before the due dayof my next period. you can get swelling breasts, feeling a bit queasy, aches and pains, tiredness, dislike of coffeee or strong smells.
All these things can set in eve=ry early.
the throwing up for me also started about 4 weeks into the pregnancy.
As I said it varies from woman to woman. some have it early on and then recover after 12 weeks, others have it the whole time and others again get hardly any or no symptoms at all!
good luck!

I am 8 months pregnant and I have been very lucky and I haven't had hardly been throwing up or any thing . I have been moody like all the time. And I have also gained allot of weight so the pains are bad but most of this, if its gonna happen to you will start around 3 months but everyone is different

A lot of women are more tired than usual before they even find out they are pregnant. They may also have sore breasts. Nausea usually starts around 6 weeks or so, but some women are lucky and don't ever get it.

I didnt have any symptoms. But symptoms can show up at any time during your pregnancy. Commom symptoms include sore/tender/sensitive breasts, nausea, vomiting, cravings, a need to use the bathroom more, and obviously weight gain and missed periods.
