I have been a Johnny Cash fan since I was a kid. After seeing "Walk The Line" I felt like I knew the man, not just the man in black who was an enigma. Also, I had new found respect for his music. He truly was an American Legend.

Yes, he reminds me so much of my father, who to wake us up on holidays (we kids would sleep in til 10 or so) would crank Neil Diamond or Johnny Cash in the living room and the music would spread though the house. I'll never forget that.

Cash is awesome. I am a metal head but I heard a few of his songs about 20 years ago. After that, it was effin over. I love the guy.

Yes. And his legend lives not only in his music, but in the music of many of today's musicians.

I had a thing for him years ago, I use to go to the store where he got his first black guitar. Loved the movie and I'll still listen to him once in a while.

I've always enjoyed his music but the video he made of Hurt just before he died was awesome. Great talent.
