You know the guy who did Saving Private Ryan, Natural Born Killers and the VH1 Celebreality Special Shooting Sizemore? Last I checked of the Shooting Sizemore series, the season was incomplete and it didn't show if he won his case against Heidi Fleiss' charges and etc. IF HE DID, what was the month and day and what was the cause for the death? Was it captured on TV by accident via a something he did on his show or was he found dead in his home in private due to an OD or heart failure? I just wanted to know.

Tom Sizemore is still alive, but a friend and co-star in a lot of movies, Chris Penn was found dead in his apartment last year.

He is still alive. Just his career is on the skids. He recently filmed a reality show for VH1 that follows the down-ward spiral of his career do to drugs. The show also folows the uphill climb he has to make to be on top again.
