They all did, but the Beatles take the cake for at least 3 reasons. 1) Incredible variety of musical style. The White Album alone has many established genres of music plus many more invented. 2) Musicianship, especially that of Mac and George. Voice? Does Jagger, Daltry, or Townsend rank with Lennon or Mac? Not in my opinion. 3) The sheer number of memorable song. From SHE LOVES YOU and i WANT TO HOLD YOUR HAND to the Abbey Road medley and COME TOGETHER, YESTERDAY, HEY JUDE, TAXMAN, HAPPINESS IS WARM GUN, WHILE MY GUITAR..it's all too much for me to see and say. Kudos to the Stones for longevity and both the Who and Stones for inventive kick-*** rock, but the Beatles were in their own league. And still are.

They all made memorable songs, I think the Beatles more than the Rolling Stones and the Rolling Stones still more than the Who.
But, my favourite of those? Also, the only one I like?
Rolling Stones.
Much better songs than the others.

All three of them made at least a few memorable songs. I'm sure everyone can tell a few songs from each band (Unless, of course, they are totally uncultured.)
My favorite song of all time is Come Together, so I obviously have to go with the Beatles topping my list.
