It is very soon going to be a good time to buy real property so keep looking and you can gain a lot.

Many are loosing their homes now because they were not very smart. Home prices will drop and bargains will be there soon.

Good time to watch your friends and you might get their house at a bargain price.

That is true but be very careful, if you don't know what to look for you might be putting more mone in fixing the house up than what you would get back from selling it.
