due to corruption in state of Hawaii,after i spend more than $25000.00 of my own money,i can not stop them of their illigal act
you people tell me what to do with this corrupt state????!!!!they are adding our common elements to their own parkings,without asking the owners approval,have you seen corruption at this level?my own attorney also cheated me too,and no media wants to get involve localy here,because of corruption in all level of real state in Honolulu!!some one please help...........

In nearly every state, owners cannot convert the common areas to personally use. If the Board of Directors refuses to stop this, then litigation may be necessary. Contact the Community Associations Institute for a referral to a local attorney.

Other than changing the law that allows them to do this, there isn't anything you can do.

I am aware of the desecration of the islands. Wal-Mart doesn't belong on Kauai! It's terrible. Corruption exists everywhere, even for people in India who have seriously corrupt law enforcement.

There must be a group of people who have your value system. You might try online groups to network with. I know there's a MySpace page specifically for Hawaiians to link together - I think it's 808 but don't recall.
