How do you put the word out to BEWARE OF A CONTRACTOR?

Already contacted Better Business Bureu but I would like to warn other homeowners about them.

follow them to their job sites and tell the property owners/clients as they roll up lol! stalk them

Just by word of mouth. You can't put ads in the paper about it, or send in an article to the newspaper becaue they label that as slandering.
