Inzy was trying to run away from the real problem or reason and wanted to make somebody a scape goat and put the blame on the media. Forget about his bickerings. He'll be alright and in full mind to admit that he and his team were not good after all. The Indians failed because they did not want to perform for reasons best known to all cricket loving public in India.

inzy is partially correct. not just media support but the nation support is needed to win the wc or any game. as for India we Indian citizens are fair weather friends aren't we?if we are true lovers of the game we will support our team through thick and thin. i think India lost the slanka match soley coz of pressure i wouldn't want to play for India or any team if my house gets destroyed i get murdered come on guys it is just a GAME lets remember that the players are feeling as or more worse than we are . after all they spend close to 10 months a year playin their sport

Media support has nothing to do with winning a tournament. In order to win a tournament, teams should pl;ay well consistently throughout the tournament.
