Why do you need them? Just install it yourself. Do you have the CDs? Put them in, follow directions on screen. You can also download Office from Microsoft.com, Geek squad is around 30 dollars for software installation. You sure it isn't pre-installed? My laptop came with Office..Hope this helps.

Yes they would, but Geek Squad prices are greatly bloated. It's ridiculous how much they charge.
To install Microsoft Office, but a copy, insert disk one, click "Ok", "Continue", and "I Agree" until it starts installing. It will prompt you to switch disks if needed.

While the Geek Squad would do it for you, it is simple enough that you should not have to pay them to do it. Simply buy a copy on CD, and stick it in the CD drive. It will do the rest for you automatically.
