Nibble on crackers or anything without strong smell and taste! Also, I wouldn't go for anything too "heavy"!

It's different for everybody! Here are some ideas:
The scent of lemon has been proven to combat nausea...try burning a lemon scented candle or have a lemon slushie.
Saltines are an old stand-by...nibble them frequently.
Peppermint is also an anti-nausea idea. Some people chew gum or suck on peppermints constantly.
Avoid anything strongly flavored...even if it tastes good at the time, it can definitely come back on you.
Perrier water helps me a lot. I especially like the lemon and lime flavored Perrier. I don't know if it's the carbonation or what, but I have to sip it all the time.
When a wave of nausea hits, open a window or take a walk. I've found that fresh air helps a lot.
Good luck, hon!

If it is morning sickness, try eating some crackers , little water, Ginger Ale ,and 7up before you get out of bed. If the sickness hit at any time try small meals several times a day. I also kept peppermints around.I asked my DR if it was alright and I went to the health food store and got morning sickness pill they had ginger in them they really helped too. What helped me was orange juice and crackers. My DR told me to also drink about 4oz of flat coke cola and it actually worked! If it keeps up you may have to get a prescription from your DR to keep you from getting dehydrated.
I WISH YOU BEST OF LUCK! CONGRATS!

keep some saltines around and nibble on them. If you feel like throwing up in the morning, munch on a couple of those before bedtime so you have something in your stomach and you won't end up feeling so sick. Good luck!

There is NOT one thing that works for everyone. But, I can tell you what helped me. "Every Morning" before I could step one foot out off bed; My husband would make me a big glass of Nestle Quick Chocolate Milk, with ONLY enough chocolate to make it sweet. I don't know why, but, it also helped to use a straw. Good-Luck

With my second captain crunch crunchberries did the trick. With the first it was oriental flavored ramen and mac and cheese. Pre-preg or after, would never touch the stuff, with all the sugar and salt, but it was all that worked.

Soup is good. A clear one. I lived on chicken and vegetable soup when i had constant morning sickness...and strained out the lumps.
Also ginger is supposed to relieve morning sickniss...so gingernut biscuits, crystalised ginger, pickled ginger, gingerbread etc...might make you feel better.
good luck!
