So my boss decided we're going to have an "Employee Wall" at the restaurant that I work, and she said to take a fun, informal close up picture to spice things up. This informal picture is going to go right next to the formal, boring picture of us in our work attire, ect..I took one and now I need help deciding which VERSION I want to bring to her...

I kind of don't like this one because I just think it's too...bright.

I made it black and white and rotated it...I don't like this one because when I rotated it, it made it seem like my hair is defying the laws of gravity by NOT falling down..but I had to rotate it to make it less crooked. and I think this one being b/w will make it stick out more next to the colored, formal pic..but I don't know!

I would show one that shows more than just my face but she said close up and "fun"...if I showed a normal, full picture that wouldn't be close up and "fun." I don't THINK it would anyways...hmmm....

I liked the second one best..Plus black & white are classic.You look very pretty in either one though..

I vote for the second one. It shows more of you. Personally I think you should give a picture that shows MORE than just your face.

I purely think of that your eye makeup is slightly too dark on your pores and skin tone alongside with the blonde hair, it probly wouldnt be undesirable with brown hair, yet different than that its sturdy. attempt some distinctive colorings, or looking the internet to ensure what might artwork
