whenever i ride my pocket bike it turns off in the middle of the ride. the engine just shuts off and i have to turn it on again. i dont know if this is normal or not but it doesnt seem like it. i have a XP-490 Cat Eyes Super Bike with 49CC engine. i changed the old gas that was in it when i got it but it only runs better. it still shuts off for some reason. does anyoe have any idea how to make this stop becuz it is very annoying now. someone please have somethinhg true and right cuz i dont want to break my bike.

I also live in an apartment with like 2 buildings in my way, so i drive in the parking lot of both them apartments

does it start right back up or takes awhile if it starts right back up i would loose connection or short if it takes awhile id say ignition getting hot and shutting down good luck hope this helps have a professional check it

low on oil some engines will auto shut down when low also on ocasion an extream lean into a turn will do it

try loose plug and or plug wire but is probbably the ignition coil getting hot
