HE LOST! OMG, HE HAS A LOT OF NERVE LOSING THE FIRST GAME LIKE THAT! WHAT WAS HE THINKING? THATS IT THE TIGERS ARE IN LAST PLACE AND IT'S JIMMY'S FAULT! FIRE HIM NOW!

Haha, love it. You hit the nail right on the head. Being a Phillies fan, I can tell you there are a ridiculous amount of people claiming the sky is falling after a tough opening day loss. I guess you can write off the Tigers, Phillies, Red Sox, White Sox, Dodgers, and all the other teams who lost their first game. I never really realized before today how many people overreact to losing the opener. Meanwhile, if the same game occurs in the middle of June, it's a disappointing loss, but you come right back tomorrow.

BTW, the Tigers have always been my second-favorite team after the Phils. I would love to see a Phillies-Tigers World Series someday!

He still has a team that can't pick the ball, but that's Dombrowski and not Leyland.

Hey, if they could pick it, they would have won that game. Halladay wasn't at his best. Then again, neither was Bonderman. But giving up 12 hits, most of which should have been picked will make any pitching staff look bad.

At least they lowered the LF wall. It would have been a blow-out otherwise.
