Yes. And, isn't it a shame that the Supreme Court has to get involved in this issue? Isn't it a shame that Bush is so stupid and uncaring that he refuses to do anything?

I think the Supreme Court just said that 'greenhouse gasses' are an 'emission' under the clean air act, and therefore must be regulated.

What does this have to do with Bush? they ruled contrary to EPA policy. and it was a 5-4 vote so they 'barely' ruled that way.
