Do you find the glue that makes people stick to there word needs to greatly be improved?

Absolutely. Didn't there used to be some guy who would hang from his construction helmet off the beams of some skyscraper? That is the kind of glue we need to find. That way if they don't stick to it (their word) they take a tumble down 34 stories. Say what you mean and do what you say!
