What will a star moving toward the Sun show?

a shift in the spectral lines toward the blue end (as compared to the laboratory positions of these lines)

I think it will show more helium...not sure

It won't show more helium lines. You will get a blueshift in the spectral lines since it's moving toward you. That is all from the options you gave.
